Ivace International (Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness) will be next Sunday at the Starchefs Congress to be held in New York from October 25 to 27. This year the Congress will be dedicated to Spain and, in addition to Food & Wines from Spain, the Spanish Tourist Office in New York will participate.
